Ingredients

 

Ingredients for making sponge:

 

Flour 1 cup

 

Baking powder one and a half (1.5) teaspoon

 

Salt 1 quarter teaspoon

 

5 egg yolks

 

Sugar 3/4 cup

 

Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

 

Noorpur full cream milk half a cup

 

5 egg whites

 

Sugar 1/4 cup

 

Butter as required

 

Ingredients for making milk syrup:

 

Noorpur full cream milk one and a half (1.5) cups

 

Condensed milk 1 cup

 

Milk 1 cup

 

One and a half (1.5) cups of whipping cream

 

Assembling:

 

The sponge

 

Milk syrup as needed

 

Melted chocolate as desired


The cinnamon powder as required

How to make TRES-LECHES CAKE?


1. To make a sponge, add a bowl of flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well and keep aside.

 

2. Now separate the egg yolks and egg whites in a bowl. Then add sugar to the egg yolks and beat them well for two minutes. Now add milk and vanilla essence and beat them again and keep aside.

 

3. Then beat the egg whites for one minute. Now add sugar and beat well for one more minute.

 

4. Now pour the yolk mixture into the flour mixture and blend it well and mix it well in the egg white.

 

5. Then butter the casserole dish and pour the prepared mixture.

 

6. Now bake in a preheated oven. At a temperature of one hundred and seventy-five for thirty to thirty-five minutes.

 

7. Add whipping cream and evaporated milk in a cup.  Now add condensed milk to a cup of making three types of milk and mix well and keep aside for thirty minutes.

 

8. Take the sponge out of the oven and let it cool and make a hole with a wooden skewer and add the three types of milk syrup and keep it aside for thirty minutes.

 

9. To make whipping cream frosting, add two cups of cold whipping cream and two tablespoons of sugar to a bowl and beat it well. Now spread it well on the prepared sponge. Then pour the melted chocolate and cinnamon powder on it.

 

10. Delicious trace lash cake is ready.
