Chicken BBQ Rice

 Hello friends, I am Bilal Asif and today we make a Chicken BBQ Recipe in BBS cooking. This is one of my favorite dishes.

Ingredients

 

Yogurt half a cup

 

Salt to taste

 

Black pepper half a teaspoon

 

Cumin powder half teaspoon

 

Paprika 1 tsp

 

Chopped red chilies half teaspoon

 

Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp

 

Onion powder 1 tsp

 

One and a half (1.5) tablespoons of lemon juice

 

Hot spices half teaspoon

 

Malta food color 1/4 tsp

 

Turmeric powder half teaspoon

 

Boneless Chicken 700 grams

 

Edible oil 1 tbsp

 

Cooking oil 2 tbsp

 

Marinated Chicken

 

Aluminum foil

 

Coal 1 no

 

4 eggs

 

Salt to taste

 

Chopped black pepper half teaspoon

 

Malta food color half teaspoon

Mayonnaise 1 cup

Rice 2 cups

Garlic 1 tablespoon

 

Chopped carrots ½ cup

 

Chopped capsicum ½ cup

 

Vinegar 1 tablespoon

 

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

 

Salt to taste

 

Chopped black pepper 1 tsp

 

Boiled rice

 

Scrambled eggs

 

Water as required

 

Salt as required

Vinegar 2 tablespoons

 

Soaked rice

 

Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Carrots 1 cup

 

Capsicum 1 cup

 

Onion 1 cup

 

Tomatoes 1 cup

 

Cabbage 1 cup

 

Half a cup of corn

How to make a Chicken BBQ Recipe?


1. To make the sauce, add mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix all the ingredients well.

 

2. To make barbecue chicken, in a bowl add curd, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, paprika, chopped red chilies, ginger garlic paste, onion powder, lemon juice, hot spices, malta food color, turmeric powder, and food. Add oil and chicken boneless, mix all the ingredients well and keep it for thirty minutes to marinate.

 

3. Now heat cooking oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken to it and cook the chicken for two to three minutes with charcoal.

 

4. To make scrambled eggs, add eggs, salt, black pepper, food coloring, and cooking oil to a bowl and mix well.

 

5. Now heat cooking oil in a pan, add the egg mixture, and let it cook for a minute on low heat. Then break it into small pieces with the help of a spoon and keep stirring until cooked.

 

6. To make egg-fried rice, put water and rice in a bowl and soak it.

 

7. Now put water in a pot and let it boil add salt, vinegar, and rice and cook till 80% cooked.

 

8. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add garlic and fry for a minute. Now add carrots and capsicum and mix for two minutes. Then add salt, black pepper, vinegar, and soy sauce and cook for another two minutes.

 

9. Now add boiled rice and mix well, scrambled eggs, and green onions, and mix well.

 

10. To make vegetable satay, heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the garlic for two minutes. Now add all the vegetables and cook for two to three minutes. Then add salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and soy sauce and cook for one more minute.

 

11. Now put a layer of fried rice on a tray and then add fried vegetables, chicken, and sauce to it. Now garnish with green onions. The delicious barbecue rice platter recipe is ready.
