Hello friends, I am Bilal Asif and today we make Tandoori Chicken Boti and yogurt sauce in BBS cooking. This recipe is very delicious.

Ingredients for making tandoori chicken boti:
Yogurt 1 cup
Edible oil 1/4 cup
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Salt according to horoscope
Red chili powder one and a half (1.5) tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste one and a half (1.5) tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chopped red chilies 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tablespoon
Dry Fenugreek 1 tsp
Malta food color 1 tsp
Chicken boneless 800 grams
Cooking oil for frying
Coal to smoke
Cooking oil 1 teaspoon (for frying)
Aluminum cup 1 no
Chaat masala as required

Ingredients for Yogurt Sauce:
Yogurt 1 cup
Onion 1/4 cup
Green Coriander 1 tsp
Mint leaves 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder half teaspoon
Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil one and a half (1.5) tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cumin powder half teaspoon
Assembling Components:

Melted butter as needed
Cream as needed
Green Coriander as required
How to make Tandoori Chicken Boti and Yogurt sauce?

1. To Make tandoori chicken boti add curd, cooking oil,
paprika, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon
zest, chopped red chilies, cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder,
chaat masala, Add dry fenugreek, malta food color and chicken in a bowl and mix
well and keep it to marinate for two hours.
2. Now heat cooking oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken
and cook well on each side.
3. Then close the stove and place an aluminum cup in the
middle of it and smoke with coal for two to three minutes.
4. Now remove the lid and put the prepared chicken tandoori
boti in a bowl and sprinkle chaat masala on it and mix well. Delicious tandoori
chicken boti is ready.
5. To make the yogurt sauce, add curd, onion, coriander,
mint, salt, black pepper, and chaat masala in a bowl and mix well.
6. Now heat cooking oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste
and cook for two to three minutes.
7. Then add prepared yogurt sauce and cumin powder and cook
for three minutes on medium heat. The yogurt sauce is ready.
8. For assembling, place the prepared Tandoori Chicken Boti
in a serving dish and pour the prepared yogurt sauce over it. Now pour the
cream and melted butter over it.
9. Garnish with coriander. Delicious Tandoori Chicken Booty
with Yogurt Sauce is ready.
