Step 1:
Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt, milk, and black pepper, and mix
well.

Prepare pepperoni slices according to package directions.

Now grease a pan with butter and add the egg mixture to it
and cook on medium-low flame for two to three minutes.

When the top layer of the egg is thickened, place the
pepperoni slices crosswise and sprinkle with capsicum, cheddar cheese, and
oregano.

Mash the potatoes in a bowl.

Now put the potatoes in a cloth and squeeze the water well
and keep aside for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Now heat cooking oil in a pan, add potatoes, and
cook on low flame for two to five minutes.

Add salt, onion powder, black pepper, chopped red
pepper, garlic powder, cheese, flour, and potato in another bowl and mix all the
ingredients well. Then make an omelette of your choice.
Step 11:
Now fry them until golden brown.
Step 12:
Hash brown is ready, serve with a cheese omelette.
